Refund Policy

CyberMDCare Service

  • Effective from: SEP 14, 2020
    Patient’s Medical fee Refund:
    1. CyberMDCare has nothing to do with refunds for patient care. Therefore, medical fee
      refunds must be handled directly between the provider and the patient.

  • Provider’s Subscription fee Refund:
    1. If the provider cancels the subscription, the subscription fee already paid is calculated as daily usage. This subscription fee plus any additional usage fee is deducted and remaining balance of the paid subscription will be refunded.
    2. If the provider cancels the yearly subscription, the subscription fee already paid is calculated as daily usage and any additional usage fee plus the subscription fee will be deducted from the discounted yearly subscription for the refund.
    3. If you're having technical difficulties using CyberMDCare, we may offer a credit or prorated refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

  • When we would not issue a full refund:
  • If you're having technical issues that are out of our control when using CyberMDCare, such as:

    1. Inadequate internet connection
    2. Outdated computer OS or Web browser
    3. When you're clearly utilizing CyberMDCare and benefiting from it's features
    4. Clinic setup after setup & branding have been completed.

  • For any of the above issues, please contact support, and we'll help to resolve the issue.
