"Ditching Dashboards to Save Healthcare" — CMDNova's Challenge Toward Value-Based Care

The hottest topic in the U.S. Medicare market these days is undoubtedly "Value-Based Care." It's an era where rewards are based not on how often patients are seen, but on how well their health is managed. The direction is right. But what about the voices from the clinical frontlines? Physicians spend their days monitoring heavy dashboards, leaving little time to make eye contact with patients. The increasing complexity of federal government (CMS) audits adds tremendous administrative stress. Ironically, IT programs designed to assist physicians are exhausting them even more.
The Engine
Our CMDNova development team wanted to break this paradox. We asked ourselves, "Why must doctors keep dashboards open all day to monitor? Is this the only way to enable value-based care?" Holding onto this question, we poured countless hours of dedicated R&D effort.
As a result, in July, we successfully filed five original patents and launched the heart of our technology, the [DSM-Inference-X™ Engine], fully integrated with all technical mechanisms.

This engine is not just a concept or marketing phrase. It is fully embedded and operating without error in our prototype demo.
The operation is simple yet powerful. Raw patient data entered into the app—questionnaire (Q), pain (P), and vital (R) flow across nine columns—are organically combined by AI into a precise "medical sentence." This sentence is cross-searched in real-time against the U.S. federal CMS risk adjustment models (V24 and latest V28), ICD-10 disease index, and HEDIS guideline databases. It backtracks potential diseases and predicts expected RAF scores.
The most innovative aspect is the complete removal of physician dashboards. AI-generated predictive data is sealed in an encrypted Digital Security Message (DSM) and sent first to the patient via a secure link. Only after the patient confirms the data integrity by signing off with their biometric bio-signature does the DSM link get forwarded to the physician. This patient-driven data validation model is the first of its kind worldwide. Physicians simply open the link to [Approve] or [Pending], and if no action is taken within 30 days, the system automatically [Rejects] it, eliminating unresolved ledger risks.
Without additional features, the engine automatically classifies HEDIS candidates and converts AWV (Annual Wellness Visit) compliance rates into clear percentage charts.
We confidently state that our engine is currently the most comprehensive infrastructure globally that aligns perfectly with CMS's value-based care programs.

Scaling Toward NASDAQ Listing Within Two Years
The value of this co-developed technology will have unparalleled disruptive power in capital markets. To prove this, we are launching an aggressive global roadmap.
Starting this August through year-end, we will conduct pilot testing with major U.S. medical groups (IPA/ACO/PACE) and simultaneously initiate global B2B marketing.
After successful pilots, we will open public funding channels at government and institutional levels next year. Leveraging explosive financial and clinical results, we plan to execute a NASDAQ IPO within two years. Our patented engine is a great asset worthy of this ambition.

The operation is intuitive. Users record their P·Q·R data daily and upload monthly lab test results (blood, urine, etc.) securely stored in the database. Every 30 days, our [DSM-Inference-X™ Engine] activates, anonymously fusing and analyzing data to provide a comprehensive monthly predictive diagnostic report from medical AI.
